SpecialNeedsVehicles, Inc. is interested in locating self-directed / self-motivated individuals that may or may not have sales experience in Mobility Equipment and Mobility Vehicles to join the SNV - Adapt Mobility sales team. These opportunities can be anywhere in the United States, however, we are especially interested in geographical areas that are under served or have no local mobility service providers available or service providers that the local area is dissatisfied with. There are many rural and other non-metropolitan areas that are not receiving these services. As an example: In Arizona the Mobility Dealers are concentrated in the Phoenix and Tucson metropolitan areas, cities such as Flagstaff, Yuma, Sedona, Prescott and other areas where there are concentrations of retirees and/or individuals with medical conditions restricting mobility and independent living do not have the mobility service support locally. Wheelchair and Scooter suppliers try to provide support for the vehicle lifts, however, many installations can be unsafe and/or do not conform to the NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) standards.

Many of the major products we sell require no involvement by a technician to install secondary equipment and so an individual can begin simply by performing sales for personal and commercial clients. Later as market grows or local needs demand it, we can provide administrative and technical support in training a mobility technician. SNV - Adapt Mobility would support you technically and compensation would be on commission basis. Commission on a side or rear entry minivan sale would be at least 20% of Net Profit. On smaller sales typical is 10% of Gross Profit.

The types of products that we are interested in selling in this manner are: new and used ramp type side entry minivans and lift type full-size vans for personal or commercial use, new and used ramp type rear entry minivans for personal or commercial use, portable ramps, modular ramps, personal lift (mini-elevator to maximum 72 Inch Height) for the home, inside and outside stair lifts for the home or commercial, and several other smaller items.

Items requiring a trained technician include: hand controls, inside and outside vehicle wheel chair and scooter lifts, low effort, super-low, and zero effort steering, secondary systems vehicle hand controls, transfer seats, and similar equipment.

The Baby Boomers are currently maturing and there is a significant market to be tapped into for any resourceful individual for the next 30-40 years or more. Also, in the current market conditions with high unemployment, if anyone with strong sales experience is unemployed and interested in pursuing this opportunity, this could be an opportunity to return to employment.

The position would be worked out of your home or home/office in your current geographical area of choice. We are not looking at relocating anyone.
