There are two items I want to bring to your attention. The first is a new Nonprofit Management program at Pima Community College and the second is a teleseminar I will be conducting on March 3rd (Collaboration in the Nonprofit Community). Information on both of these items is listed below.
1. Pima Community College has developed a new Nonprofit Management program, with the following six sections:

TOPIC: "Eye Control Technology –An Exciting Option for Computer Access & Communication"
SPEAKER: Amanda Wittman, Regional Sales Consultant, tobii ATI
ABOUT THE PROGRAM: Amanda will give an overview of eye control technology, an input method which enables the user to control ‘the mouse” or make a selection on a communication device by looking at the screen and click to select by blinking, dwelling or using a switch. She will demonstrate some devices which utilize this exciting technology, which may help individuals with CP, ALS, MS, high level SCI, MD etc. Funding options will be discussed.
RSVP is not required but will help us set up an appropriate number of chairs and spaces for wheelchairs. You may RSVP to pattrossman@gmail.com or leave a message at 745-5588 extension 1266. Be patient, it must ring 8 times before voice mail picks up.
Directions: We are on the campus of the DES/DDD Community Resource Center (CRC) near the SE corner of Swan. Enter the driveway between Catalina Mission Apartments and the CRC on the S. side of 29th Street, turn right into the driveway to the CRC. Turn right at the stop sign & go partway around the circle. Building 13 is the 2nd building in the circle. There are small parking lots on both sides of the building and handicapped spaces marked in blue along the circle. The South West Lot is a good place to park. We are in the same building as Adaptation Station, but we have separate entrances. Enter through one of the doors marked Technology Access Center of Tucson or TACT.
